Sometimes you just need to have a place where you can just be. 
A place where you can write all your thoughts out, feel understood, and let go of the worries of the day. The Selfcare women’s circle does all that in 2 hours!

What makes this women’s circle so unique is that we implement self-defence. Research has shown that stress stays in the body. The most fun way to release that stress is by punching it all away and afterwards soothe your mind with a meditation.

The Selfcare women’s circle is a combination of meditation, self-defence, journaling, and sharing your experience with others in a safe space.

We’ll be using physical & emotional embodiment to free your body and mental activation to calm your mind. But also release any tension in the body.

For women who want to join other growth-seeking individuals on a healing journey! This women’s circle is all about connecting with yourself and letting go of any mental baggage.

This is truly an extraordinary event for all the conscious humans seeking to release the old, and invite abundance, joy, and energy into their life! 

Bring  a (yoga) mat, your notebook and a pen.

Wear comfortable clothes. A sweater and socks are recommended to ensure that you do not get cold during our session.
